This word as given by the manifestation is to be engraved on the rings of both men and women, and the foregoing word of the Bab is cancelled.

2. Baha'u'llah here substitutes for what was in the Bayan his own new inscription for the
rings of the dead, the same for both men and women. The writing in the rings is of course to be in Arabic.
