At the suggestion of the Guardian, this National Assembly requested ‘Abdu’l-Ḥamíd Effendi Ibrahim, an Alexandria believer and one of those three Bahá’ís who served the Cause in Ethiopia, to proceed to the Sudan and establish a permanent residence there.
