Below is a link to Gover's speech “Remarks at the Ceremony Acknowledging the 175th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Bureau of Indian Affairs,” delivered September 8, 2000. The video is public domain, and posted with permission of Gover himself. Video obtained by request by Buck from the Bureau of Indian Affairs; video converted from VHS cassette by Harkirat Chawla, one of Buck's MSU students.
