Abstract Both African Traditional Religion and the Bahá'í Faith originate from God, but at different times in the evolution of humankind. Owing to this common origin, the two have much in common. Both are essentially mystic in nature.
Notes Presented at the Irfan Colloquia Session #36, London (July 13-15, 2001). Reprinted in The Bahá'í Faith and the World's Religions, George Ronald, 2005.
