- Bahá'u'lláh. Gems of Divine Mysteries (2002). A lengthy tablet in Arabic on how the Mahdi was Ali Muhammad, The Báb, the Primal Point. Written during the Baghdad period for Siyyid Yúsuf-i-Sihdihí Isfahání. His questions were brought from Karbila, and answered the same day.
- Universal House of Justice. Los Angeles, Living in (1996-01-31). Bahá'ís have not been advised to avoid living in Los Angeles, but should still recall the importance of pioneering and not congregating in insular communities.
- Rúhíyyih Khánum. Message to the Indian and Eskimo Bahá'ís of the Western Hemisphere (1969). Letter to Native American and Inuit believers, about the assurance given in the Bahá'í Writings that their future is very great, and that they themselves best help to fulfill these promises by taking the Faith of Bahá'u'lláh to their own people.

There is a missing dimension in the built environment -- architecture is unable to satisfy the emotional and aesthetic needs of people. But architects disagree about how to rectify the situation. A spiritual aspect is needed.

Universal principles of unity which apply to cities; how racial disunity has been imprinted upon the metropolitan landscape in the United States; spiritual principles necessary to improve the fragmented urban life around the world.
- June Manning Thomas. Race, Place, and Clusters: Current Vision and Possible Strategies (2017). Division by place affects the possibilities for racial unity, especially in fragmented U.S. metropolitan areas. The "institute process” as a strategy could overcome challenges that place-based action poses for racial unity.
- Asadu'llah Fadil Mazandarani (published as Jinab-i-Fadil Mazandarani). Seven Cities in the Spiritual Journey to God: Gems of Divine Mystersies (Javáhiru'l-Asrár) and Seven Valleys (1923-02). Address given to an American audience in 1923, probably translated by Mirza Ahmad Sohrab, who accompanied Fadl's second tour of the USA and Canada.
