ABSTRACT | Interview with Mirza Abu'l-Fadl-i-Gulpaygani in Washington, D.C., 1901. |
NOTES | From books.google.com. See also the preceding essay in this issue, Babism and the Babites. Though speaking of the "Persian Prophet," a title which was often mistakenly ascribed by the American press to 'Abdu'l-Bahá, this author is conflating 'Abdu'l-Bahá with Mírzá Abu'l-Fadl Gulpaygani. This interview was with Gulpaygani, who was in Washington DC in 1901, not Abdu'l-Bahá, who did not travel to Washington until 1912. |
