199-		 Between February and April 1990, the South American Bahá'í musical group El Viento Canta toured Russia, leading to emerging of strong Bahá'í groups in Ulan-Ude and Severobaikalsk in Siberia. This tour was one of the many organized by the US/USSR Initiatives and lead by Lynda Godwin.
